south bank t-mobile thing

We were on the South Bank on Bank Holiday Monday. We'd just had lunch and stumbled into this (pretty sure it was T-Mobile) thing outside Foyles, Royal Festival Hall. My heart soared to hear dozens of voices singing. Then it burst into flames and sank to the bottom of the deepest ocean when I realised it was a brand thing.

Argh! Why were they there competing with all the stuff you can already see on the South Bank for free? Matthew summed it up pretty well:
