Ai Weiwei's new installation at Tate Modern is ace.

A thick carpet of what appears to be sunflower seed husks covers the floor. Only they aren't sunflower seeds, they are individually handcrafted porcelain pebbles. You don't know whether to savour the crunching sound or pick them up and treat them as precious, artisan objects.

Or something.
